The SUNSHINE ProPAD 200 is a high-performance solution for removing stubborn dirt, old maintenance films, wax layers, coatings, and deep scratches from coated floor coverings. Made from recycled fibers and high-quality polycrystalline abrasive particles, it ensures efficient deep cleaning while preparing floors for subsequent coatings or maintenance treatments.
The ProPAD 200 can be used effectively with water alone, reducing or eliminating the need for chemicals while saving costs, time, and labor. With an area performance of up to 6,000 m² under optimal conditions, it is suitable for single-disc machines, scrubber dryers, as well as eccentric and orbital machines.
APPLICATION/APPLICATION AREA
The SUNSHINE ProPAD 200 has been specifically developed for deep cleaning and intensive floor restoration. It is ideally suited for removing stubborn dirt, old coatings, wax and maintenance films, as well as deposits on coated hard floors. Typical areas of application include commercial and industrial environments such as office buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, and production facilities—wherever maximum cleaning performance is required.
The ProPAD 200 is perfectly suited for use with single-disc machines (including heavy-duty models), scrubber dryers, eccentric machines, and orbital machines, delivering reliable cleaning results at a recommended speed of 150–400 rpm.
It is designed exclusively for wet use and is NOT suitable for use with high-speed polishing machines (burnishers) or for dry applications.
